Terms & Conditions for sunbeds
- In case you would like to cancel a reservation, you will be able to get a refund in case you inform us with email at [email protected] and at the same time call us at telephone no +30 2352022020 or +30 6981400000 24 hours prior to the arrival time at the Le Moon. In case of less than 24h of reservation cancellation or non show, your deposit is not refunded. If you inform us as soon as possible about a change of your arrival time your reservation is not canceled and moved on a new time.
- In case you delay more than 45 minutes from the arrival time you have picked, your booking is automatically canceled.
- In case of bad weather or natural disaster, we have none responsibility.
- A table reservation is available online for 24 hours after the present day and until a month later.
- Outdoors sittings are available.
- Proceeding to the next steps you will be able to pay a per person deposit to secure your reservation.Please note your reservation will not be valid unless you pay the necessary deposit. “Confirmed & pending payment” is not a valid reservation, it refers to availability only. It will be valid after deposit is paid and the status becomes “booking Confirmed”. The deposit amount will be deducted from your bill at the restaurant. Please mind that regarding outdoors sitting the time slots are specific. Online reservations are available for up to six people. In case you would like to reserve a table for more than six people please make a call at +30 23520 22020 or +30 6981400000.
